The Order Process.Discussing your requirements We always take the time to listen carefully to your needs and to assess the best way forward for your individual business requirements. At this point you will be assigned a dedicated account manager who will deal with all the paperwork required to set up your lease or purchase. Installation is carried out at a time convenient to you. We realise that you cannot have vehicles sitting around so we will plan the installations carefully to ensure the minimum of downtime. Installations will be carried out by our own engineers and to the industry standard of FCS 1362. All of our engineers are based locally and are fully insured to work on your vehicle.
The software required to run the system will be installed on your computer for you (we will happily install on multiple computers at no extra cost). You and your staff with receive step by step training on how to use the system and the key features that are most applicable to your requirements. Your dedicated account manager, who is familiar with you and your particular business requirements, will ensure that you have complete aftersales service and support for the duration of your lease. You will be supplied with both landline and mobile contact numbers for your account manager who will have remote access to your fleet, so changes can be made quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Remember, should you need help it is just a phone call away!
